So much good music coming out of California these days.
Indie folk duo Kenneth Pattengale and Joey Ryan have developed a unique sound
in what one YouTuber describes as the lovechild of John Lennon and Jimmy Page.
Needless to say The Milk Carton Kids have got some serious talent going on.
I showed the gents to my mom a few weeks ago and she said
she couldn't tell if they are "actually awkward or trying to capitalize on
their awkwardness". You'll see where she's coming from if you watch their Tiny Desk Concert. Valid point, but whatever they are doing, it's
working...
